You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
It depends on where you are. US deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
For coffee/tea, we offer a full refund on your first order if you're not satisfied, no questions asked. For subsequent orders, returns are only accepted if damaged, and express shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise cannot be returned for size/color issues or change of mind, but damaged items can be replaced or refunded within 15 days.
